Biography
Paul Schmidt began serving on council in January 2010. He currently is the council representative to the Health Department and serves on the Law Committee and Economic Development Committee.
In the community, Paul has been a homebound tutor for Princeton High Scholl for over 15 years. He has been involved with the SYO and SAY soccer for over 25 years as a coach, head of sport, referee, trainer, and coordinator.
He received his Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Xavier University and his Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of California (UC). He also graduated from the UC College of Business Administration Executive Program. He joined Hilton Davis as a research chemist in 1969 and retired 40 years later as a site manager.
Paul and Mary are members of St. Michael parish and have two children, Daniel and Elizabeth. He and his wife have lived in Sharonville since 1973.
