1. Where are you located and what are your hours?

The Police Department is located at 3639 E. Kemper Road. We are open 24/7. You can access the Police Department from the front of the building, through the door marked Police.

2. Does the Sharonville Police Department help if I’ve locked my keys in my car?

Yes, we will come and attempt to open your car door for you. Call our office at 513-563-1147 and we will send an officer to you as soon as we have one available. We ask that you stay with your vehicle until the officer arrives.

3. How do I contact Hamilton County Municipal Court?

If you received a citation or charge to the Hamilton Co. Municipal Court, you must contact that court for further assistance.  The court can be reached at:

4. How do I contact Sharonville Mayor’s Court?

The Mayor’s Court Clerks can be reached at (513)563-1146. The office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.   Mayor's Court

5. How do I obtain a copy of a report?

Auto accident and case reports are able to be picked up at the Police Department 24/7. There is no cost to obtain a copy of a report that is less than 10 pages.

6. How do I get fingerprinted?

We participate in the WebCheck program, which allows us to transmit fingerprints electronically to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) and to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), if needed. The cost for a BCI or FBI WebCheck is $45; the fee for both is $70.00. Our WebCheck hours are Thursdays, between 9 a.m. and noon.

We can do inked and rolled fingerprints for individuals who live or work in Sharonville.

7. How do I request an extra patrol for my residence when I’m out of town?

The Police Department will conduct extra patrol of your home while you are away on vacation or out of town for special circumstances. Simply complete the form, and call us upon your return. Request House Watch Form

8. Should I let the police know if my car is disabled and I have to leave it?

Yes, please call us at our office at 513-563-1147. We will need the exact location, the make / model and year of your vehicle, and when you are planning on picking it up or having it towed. Please be aware that if your vehicle is impeding traffic or is in a location that an officer determines to be unsafe, we will have it removed from the roadway. Call our office to obtain the address where you can retrieve it.

9. Why can’t I have a copy of an entire case report?

We do not release the names of uncharged suspects in ongoing investigations, nor do we release any investigative notes from detectives.

10. Why can’t I see the same Officer I saw last week when I filed my report?

Our officers work many different shifts and have rotating off days. Officers will not always be available to you on a given day. You can be confident that any Sharonville Police Officer will give you the best service possible, and will work diligently to handle your case in a professional and courteous manner.
