Citizen Request Tracker allows you to notify us about a general concern non-emergency concern that would be addressed by Community Development, Police or Public Works departments. Smart911
Smart911 gives life-saving, important information to 9-1-1 call takers and first responders when they need it most. When a 9-1-1 call is made from a phone registered to a Safety Profile, 9-1-1 call takers can send important info to first responders.
You can include family member, contact, home access, pet, and vehicle information as well as medical history and information on access & function need. Call takers will only know what you want them to know during any kind of emergency. This personal info can NOT be called up by a dispatcher or other first responder unless you are calling 9-1-1 from a registered phone. It is very well protected. There is no open access.
This service is available for sign up through AlertHC (Alert Hamilton County). This service is also available for Sharonville residents that reside in Butler County. You can register by downloading the Smart911 App, texting “SMART911” to 67283, or go to www.ALERTHC.org and fill out the Smart911 Safety Profile.
