2026 SHELTER RENTAL SEASON
For those interested in a 2026 shelter rental, please complete the rental request form at the bottom of this page. Once your request is received, we will verify the information and date requested, and will be in touch.
- 2026 Resident shelter rental requests open on January 12, 2026.
- 2026 Non-resident shelter rental requests open on on March 9, 2026.
Outdoor Facilities | Gower Park North Shelter & South Shelter, Gorman Shelter
Shelter season begins on May 1st and concludes on October 25th. Renters are only permitted to rent one shelter per day. Anyone scheduling the facilities for rental will be expected to respect the facilities at all times and will adhere to the scheduled hours and facility usage guidelines.
- Resident picnics are $30.
- Business picnics are $60.
- Non-Resident picnics are $90.
Which shelter is which?
Gorman Shelter is located at 12153 Centerdale Road, 45246.
The Gower Park North & South Shelters are located at 10997 Thornview Drive, 45241. The South Shelter is nearest the tennis/pickleball courts. The North Shelter overlooks the lower soccer/event area.
Meeting Room Rentals *Sharonville Residents Only*
Meeting Room rentals are open to Sharonville Residents only. We currently have very limited availability for rental dates. The meeting room is not available to rent June 1 through September 1. For availability, please call 513-563-2895.
- Meeting Room Details (accommodates up to 40 people) - This space is used for organizational meetings. The room is NOT available for youth birthday parties. The room is equipped with tables & chairs. Access to a kitchen or appliances is NOT available. Meeting Room rates are $80 for up to 4 hours. Rental must occur during normal facility operating hours and are subject to additional terms and agreements.
Athletic Rentals
