Fitness Center & Track

The Sharonville Fitness Center provides a clean, safe, and family oriented environment in which to develop your overall health and well-being. The fitness room can be utilized independently by persons 15 years of age and older. Individuals 13 and 14 are permitted with a parent or guardian.  It is required to schedule an orientation with the fitness staff prior to using the fitness center. A fitness form is also required. Please complete this form and return it to the fitness center staff before your scheduled orientation.

Fitness Center and Track Hours
  • Monday - Thursday,  6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Friday,  6 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Saturday,  8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Sunday,  noon - 4 p.m.
The fitness center provide the following amenities:
  • Treadmills
  • Recumbent bikes / upright bikes
  • Nu-Steps
  • Rowers
  • Arc trainers
  • Elliptical / cross-trainers
  • Cybex circuit training equipment
  • Smith machine
  • Cable cross-over
  • Plated loaded leg press, calf raise, adjustable benches and abdominal machine
  • Assisted dip / pull-up machine
  • Free weight dumbbells
  • Free personal training
Personal Training
The Fitness Center is staffed with certified health professionals who will assist you to achieve your personal fitness goals. This service is free by appointment to all fitness center pass holders.

Running and Walking Track
The track is a 1/12 mile and alternates directions daily with access to both walkers and runners. The track can be utilized by individuals 14 years of age and older. Individuals under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are not permitted.
