I would like to see the two way stop turned into a three way stop on Creek Rd and Plainfield. It is much too difficult to see oncoming traffic when turning left to stay on Creek Road, and usually cars stop in the middle of the intersection confused about why there isn't a stop sign. Also, it is nearly impossible to see cars coming when turning left onto Creek Road from Plainfield and scary to think they don't have to stop.

We visited Trammel Fossil park today with 3 grandchildren. It was nice, and they liked it. My observations are these. while there, an expensive BMW sport car (looked new) was followed in by a car held together by duck tape. The 2 cars parked side by side, driver of poor car got out, talked to driver of BMW for about 5 minutes, and they both left. I felt this was definitely a drug buy, and felt the City Police should be patrolling this area more frequently. We did see a police car at end of Trammel near Hauck Rd as we left, so we know they do patrol. Also we observed about 4 different trucks with tinted windows parking and watching the children, it was 90 degrees today, no shade in parking lot, and it made me wonder why single men were watching children play. More attention is needed from police at the park for the safety of the children, especially as the entire back of the park is all heavily wooded area.

Consider providing ADA accessible sidewalks or a shared use path along Kemper Road connecting the surrounding neighborhoods with each other and providing pedestrian and bicycle access to Sharonwoods park. Kemper Road currently has no shoulders and has very steep roadside ditches which make it dangerous to walk to neighbor's houses and to the park.

Please consider changing traffic patterns on Sharon Rd traveling east from I-75 towards Reading Rd. At the intersection where Sharon Rd meets Reading Rd, consider having the right hand lane as a right-turn-only lane. The left lane can then disperse into 2 lanes once past the intersection. The traffic signal time allotted could also be extended so the signal remains green a few seconds longer.
In addition, at the intersection where Sharon Rd meets Creek Rd, consider having the right hand lane as a right-turn-only lane. The left lane can then similarly disperse into 2 lanes once past the intersection.
There are many cars not turning into our community that use only the right hand lane even though there are 2 lanes for their use. Those of us turning right are stuck in unnecessary traffic and the cars not turning end up blocking the right of way of cross traffic once the signal changes because they are stuck in the middle of the road.
Please seriously consider making this change.

It's unclear if a left turn on red is allowed for turning from 42-south onto Sharon Road east/ Main St north. Many one way downtown areas allow left turn on red for one-way streets but it's not clear for our intersection. There is a red light and a green left arrow, but it's not clear if we can proceed left after we stop if there is no traffic, or not. A sign clarifying that would be good.

The pool season is here again. All the little ones are so excited. While I know you strive for safety I would ask that more friendliness and kindness be a part of the training. Last year was frustrating with the constant blowing of the whistle. An example: 4 kids alone in the pool. One child (slight in weight) ends up turned on her side on her ride down the slide. Whistle. (Don't turn on your side) Come on, this is the baby slide. It can't be helped.
Example : Child looks up to lifeguard to ask a question. Lifeguard ignores them. Obviously not interested in being friendly. Remember 4 kids in the pool.
I notice less and less families coming to the pool which is fine by me. I can enjoy the pool to myself but I have heard a lot of upset families who go to other pools now because it is just not fun.. I would love to have a forum with you if that would help. I want to see the community talked about in a good way.
Thanks,

Sharonville has no public transportation yet a fairly large number of senior citizens. And the layout of the city is such that there is not an one real "core" where one can go and do everything(Kroger is at one end, the post office is at the other, the library is off the main road, etc). It seems it would be helpful to have a small city shuttle that went around the city every 30- 60 minutes or so to the "hot spots" so that seniors or anyone for that matter, could get around Sharonville without a car. We lived in another city that had this service and it is always used. It was a small bus (maybe 20 people or so) and cost a couple of dollars for a trip or $5 for the day with on and off privileges. Here is a link to their route: http://www.sdmts.com/Planning/documents/944-945.pdf
I think Sharonville could do this easily, it would serve an underserved community, and could also be a selling point for the city.

We presented at the Mayerson JCC to a packed room last night! The presentation was well received with an engaging question and answer session following. The community has questions!
