City of Sharonville Mayor’s Court

CANCELLED

In response to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Ohio.  To which the President of the United States Donald J. Trump has declared a national State of Emergency, and the governor of the State of Ohio, Michael DeWine, has declared a State of Emergency in Ohio (Executive Order 2020-0ID) which limits indoor gatherings.  The Mayor’s Court for the City of Sharonville will be following the Center for Disease Control and Prevention “Interim Guidance” recommendations

https://www/cdc.gov/coronavirus2019-ncov/specific-groups/guidance-business-response.html

In light of the foregoing, I is HEREBY ORDERED that all pending cases, including any arraignments and trials are hereby continued to May 6, 2020 at 4:00 pm or a date as determined by further order of this Court.

The time period of the continuances implemented by this general order will be excluded under ORC 2945.72(H) as the Court specifically finds that the end of justice served by ordering continuances outweigh the best interests of the public and any defendant’s right to a speedy trial.

This Court shall be in recess until that date.
