To reserve the Ballroom on a Saturday night, there is a minimum expenditure of $5,000 in food and beverages required, exclusive of service charge and tax. Prices apply to a four hour function. There is a $400 charge for each additional hour. All buffets include beer and soft drinks for four hours. To substitute canned beer, add $1.50 per person. To include wine, add $4.75 per person.
