The Public Works Department is staffed with 19 full-time employees and two permanent part-time employees.

- Lori Bishop is the department Secretary
- Rick Ostendorf is the mechanic responsible for the maintenance and repair of all city vehicles
- Scott Lofland is responsible for road maintenance inspection, as well as curbs, sidewalks, street cuts and driveway replacements
- Randy Bernhardt, Ray Britton, Mike Carlson, Tom Graves, Garey Holbrook, Cleve Holley, Chuck Knuf, Chad Meadows, Kevin Sanders, Andy Baur, and Kurt Baughman complete the work crew
- Bob Hillard and Mark Dawson are the City Hall custodians
- Marlin Fuchs is the maintenance manager for Golden View Acres
These City employees are committed to serving the citizens of Sharonville in the most efficient and economical manner possible.
