Does the City have a natural gas aggregation program?
The City’s natural gas aggregation program began in July 2013 and runs through June 015. IGS Energy won the competitive bid process and is supplying the program. During the months of July through November, gas was priced at a monthly variable rate to take advantage of the low gas market. To provide pricing security for the winter, the City has now fixed the price at $0.4914 per ccf for December through March 2014. Duke Energy’s Gas Cost Recovery
